Yuri Sire is Russian-American Innovator who settled in the Los Angeles area at the age of 14 in 2001. Ever since then, his life was never the same as he faced numerous challenges & tribulations that he had to overcome to succeed in so many different ways. During the economic crisis of 2008-09, Yuri Sire realizes it was too hard finding employment and instead of feeling sorry for oneself, he then does not give up on his own ideas as he was already trying to pitch some of his web-tech inventions to investors. Being scarce for funding while still finishing up certain advanced educational and training programs, Yuri sets his goal for a 2011 launch of a business/marketing website that was still in the experimental alpha test stage. After gaining valuable feedback from some of the test users, Yuri decides to listen to his client-base so as to vamp up the whole system UX and UI for a wider audience that would find the website more adanced and more impressive.
In 2012, Yuri Sire launches his 1st official live Beta version of an advertising agency website called Novention. Using his knowledge of linguistics AND marketing combined, he created the company name Novention using universal root derivatives that would sound the same in every language that would have both the denotation and connotation of innovation. Being allured by innovative web-technology, Yuri simultaneously had already been developing interfaces, prototypes, new services, new IT/Software - especially new social networks. After studying Sociology and conducting his own social research with his real scientific discoveries, Yuri was anxious to combine much of his original social research foundation into the social networks and web systems he was planning to create. At the same time, having a solid foundation of Sociology + Marketing & Technology, gave him yet another advantage that made him more valuable for clients/employers and collaborators.

- From about March 2016 until March 2019, Yuri had been running successfully an Online Marketing company being self-employed from an office that was located in Fullerton, CA / Orange County / Los Angeles. Along the way he and his assistant helped many clients with their web presence, web-design, videos, social media, ads, emails and admin support. To create a professional environment, Yuri himself decided to set up more powerful computer work stations, HD webcams, smart headsets and ergonomic chairs . Office space was not that big but large enough capacity for up to 5 workers or clients with 4 being optimal. Clients & workers can meet at a nice conference table with a nearby WiFi for presentations/demos & collaborations. One other smart thing that Yuri Sire did was to make sure clients/guests and workers would have PLENTY of parking for and so that office location would be fairly easy to find in a business district that was a safe neighborhood with some great places nearby. While running the business Yuri also had a generous side offering FREE drinks & snacks and leisure reading materials for his clients and dedicated workers.
Much of Yuri's professional work-knowledge revolved around ALL types of marketing: online, multi-media, websites and even print materials and presentations. This included but wasn't limited to: Marketing, Web-Design, SEO / Social Media, Blogs and Business IT (collaboration systems)
Working with clients and employers all over the Los Angeles Area, Yuri Sire prefers to focus on local businesses while at the same time keeping an open mind for national campaigns and business development.
As of recently, Yuri has been doing more advanced lead gen campaigns for his clients with more advanced CRM and PMS systems that he believes will also serve his clients well in terms of marketing, business development and quality service-support. PR MARKETING EXPERIENCE
Back in 2014, Yuri Sire once decided it was time to promote one of his app inventions (MatchSelf) on a grander scale. He then signed up for a big weekly presentation event that was designed for entrepreneurs to gain traction with their innovative ideas. Having never presented on a bigger stage before, Yuri did not feel as nervous as expected due to his past performing arts background-experience. During the presentation, Yuri was highly focusing on the versatile product functionality instead of a slick modern interface, which got mixed feedback even though it was just a demo-prototype. He was trying to emphasize how his new dynamic dating app could change the way people communicate only by simplifying and clarifying and automating certain communications tech while trying to form bonds in real-time for short-term and long-term relations as well as friendships.
At the end of the presentation, Yuri Sire actually gained some REAL traction, which was exactly what he wanted. Ultimately, several advantageous things were offered to him by one of the audience members: office space, potential funding and valuable industry connections. Additionally, Yuri had a chance to meet one of the top industry professionals who new online dating business very well and was able to consult and mentor the 28-year old entrepreneur by providing the best kind of industry insights and personal experience to learn from.. Til this day, Yuri still occasionally attends certain business meetups, events/conventions and conferences...
In mid 20s, Yuri Sire used to be a producer of several start-up podcasts. Being in charge of branding, recording, editing, content management, posting/publishing & producing.
One of the most high-profile podcasts Yuri had ever done was the Hotcast Podcast that was co-produced with a few of his friends. One notable episode was the one where Yuri Sire was promoting his app MatchSelf. This is where he claimed that his app This was to become one of his biggest PR campaigns that wasn't meant to just introduce a new product but also to introduce Yuri's potential to be appreciated as an Innovator who can invent great new systems. The MatchSelf app didn't amount to a high-enough viability until Yuri (along with one of the best social networking platforms) decides to RE-launch MatchSelf as a more powerful and more versatile venture than he intended but only this time as a full browser version followed by a more refined app that has yet to be soon released on the market...
Yuri Sire even invested in professional podcast equipment that would help him launch certain PR campaigns and a few experimental podcast shows.
